Major Responsibilities:
The Project Manager, Stores Visual Presentations will partner with the merchant , marketing, buying, and store planning teams to plan, organize, and implement Renovation Projects and merchant initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering on execution that creates visual impact to provide customer excitement and interest.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Special Projects and merchant initiatives are completed begin to end
2. Work on manageable timelines with Store planning and store teams while protecting the business.
3. Ensure that Product Assortments are positioned to support the merchant strategy and are presented according to merchandising guidelines during all projects.
4. Maintain consistent in-store signage and branding according to corporate guidelines. Manage all directional signage as relates to renovations.
5. Placement, protection of assets for Visual Presentation elements (window, mannequins, seasonal, décor etc.) until reused.
6. Plan and prioritize the implementation of reflows and new visual assets upon completion of the project
7. Organize and prioritize workload of self and direct reports with a sense of urgency and flexibility.
8. Responsible for the accuracy, efficiency and integrity of company operating policies.
9. Collaborate with store planning on timelines and deliverables, fixtures, construction, and finally merchandising
10. Must be creative, fashion savvy while comprehending current market trends to understand the finished deliverable of completing a renovated store.

The successful candidate must be an expert communicator and be able to build relationships across the division. He/she should have the ability to turn concepts into action. He/she should embody a culture of taking smart risks and innovating to win, with a willingness to initiate change as the company grows in order to streamline processes, improve efficiency and facilitate the growth of the company. They’ll have the ability to provide strong customer service and accurate, concise and up to date information in a timely manner when needed.

Qualifications Professional Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Luxury Brand Project Management
• Understanding of the Store Planning function, Analytical Skills for payroll projection forecasts, able to read CAD drawings understanding the issues and making changes when required
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, reading CAD drawings, and fixture drawings


Educational Credentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Merchandising or related field required
