Project Manager

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:           

  • Develops schedules and manages orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets
  • Holds status meetings with key players to ensure that project needs and deadlines are being met
  • Monitors creative development and provides daily communication of job status to Requestor, Project Management lead and Director of Creative Services
  • Provides internal Creative Teams (Editorial, Fashion Office, Production, etc) with required information and helpful documents/templates to complete task at hand
  • Ensures projects are routed for proper approval and all sign-offs are confirmed and recorded
  • Records and saves final creative/deliverables
  • Works with PR Events Team, Fashion Department, and Production to ensure the deliverables for International events is completed in a timely manner and each round is approved by appropriate parties
  • Participates in monthly Creative Project Management postmortems to capture feedback and identify new processes
  • Assists Post Video Production with managing video reviews with creative and fashion office and delivering final assets to requestors.
  • Owns lead role in execution of 360 project/campaign and all deliverables falling under this campaign in editorial, design, and distribution of assets for various departments. 
  • Manages Digital Advertising campaigns through creative, editorial and external vendor to ensure campaigns are delivered to site on time.
  • Leads weekly meetings with the Digital Advertising teams to understand upcoming projects and scopes to provide briefing deadlines for media plans.
  • Understand the digital and e-commerce ecosystem and how licensee and advertising campaigns integrate.  Partner with cross functional teams on implementation.

WORK EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management in a creative setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills are a must
  • Production knowledge/experience a plus
