Job Function

 

The Project Management Coordinator is the key day-to-day client service contact for Saks Inc. print advertising, digital & interactive initiatives. The Project Management Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the client, the agencies and printers, in preparing initial project documentation, collecting and managing all content as well as coordinating client review, revisions and approval cycles through project launch.

 

 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

 

·          Prepare/coordinate all topsheets for weekly hand off meetings for all vehicles including but not restricted to Catalogs, E-books, specialty books, ROP’s, emails, direct mail, radio scripts, social media, etc.

 

·          Coordinate the weekly print hand off meetings ensuring 100% compliance to the requirements of the 9 week process. 

 

·          Coordinate and manage the cross cap sign off process.

 

·          Provide coaching and direction to the marketing team as required ensuring adherence to the project management process.

 

·          Coordination and support to the marketing manager on all online issues including brand landing pages and emails.

 

·          Collaborate with client contacts to identify project requirements sufficient to prepare client briefing documentation

 

·          Coordinate with client to conduct project progress reviews and ensure client requests are fully addressed in a timely manner

 

·          Communicate project status and manage client expectations around estabilished project milestones

 

·          Collect, manage and coordinate the flow of project content to and from client contacts as well as identifying and communication gaps and deficiencies to client and agencies

 

·          Interface with external suppliers as needed to collect, evaluate and manage information and content according to project requirements or client requests

 

·          Managing the monthly project calendar and schedule

 

·          Beginning projects with kick off meetings once client approval is obtained

 

·          Being the first point of contact for clients for the duration of the project

 

·          Communicating with team members at all times

 

·          Managing and resolving project issues

 

·          Attends status meetings

 

 

·          Other duties as required in support of the Project Management Manager
