PROJECT COORDINATOR

Adecco Creative & Marketing is assisting ANN INC. in their search for a Project Coordinator for the Ann Taylor Marketing Project Management team!  This role is ongoing freelance (40 hours/week) and is located in New York City.

The Ann Taylor Project Management team manages projects for the AT Marketing department, across print, digital, and at the brand level.

The Project Coordinator will support 3 Project Managers: 

- Brand Marketing 
- Print 
- Digital 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for: 

- Managing, updating and distributing daily hot lists to wider team 
- Managing and scheduling Team Review Agendas, Creative and Marketing Review Agendas, and PLC Meetings
- Recap and distribute Team Review, Creative Review, & Marketing Review Notes
- Support the Project Management team with all Administrative Tasks (Ordering Supplies and Presentation Set Ups)
- Routing Design and Art for Marketing, Copy & Legal Approvals
- Completing Art Releases 
- Ad hoc support for the VP of Marketing – i.e. helping move presentation boards/set up presentations etc

The ideal Project Coordinator has:

- Experience supporting a Marketing team, either through internships or assistant/coordinator-level

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
