PROJECT COORDINATOR Leading Fashion Brand - DOE

Our client, a leading brand in the Fashion space, is currentlylooking for a Project Coordinator with specific experience handling print collateral to join their team onsite in Manhattan Beach. This is a freelance, onsite role that maintains full-time hours.

The specifics of the role include:

• Trafficking ad hoc collateral catalogues, look books, style guides, etc ‰ÛÒ to appropriate internal departments
• Overseeing budgets, timelines, and workflow processes, etc.
• Coordinating schedules for both internal and external projects
• Distributing documents to appropriate internal teams  Creative, Legal, Marketing ‰ÛÒ as needed, quickly and efficiently
• Updating status reports and other documents, as needed

Required Skills:

• At least 2-3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Proactive with strong organizational skills
• Background in fashion a plus, but not required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
