Specific Responsibilities
Second and Third Shift Supervisors
Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the production team follows basic assembly of tubes in cartons and shippers and assembly of various components in a carton per SOP’s. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for production output for the shift, work order closure, and training of new employees.
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
High school diploma required
4-6 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong PC familiarity; including word processing, project management skills, organizational and leadership skills. Experience with QAD (ERP software). Excellent verbal and written skills; Good Electrical and Mechanical ability; knowledge and experience using basic hand tools, ; Machine repair and set-up capability; experience with operator interfaces, mechanics, and strong mathematical ability.
