Job Description

Coordinator, Pre and Post Production

A working partnership under the Manager of Production and Sourcing. You are part of a team which will own decisions, collaborate on projects, and work in partnership with cross functional partners to support the growth of the Bandolino brand.

 

Responsible for:

 

*Reviewing and negotiating costing for Bandolino Mainline and Mid-tier.

 

*Creating large excel files with costing.

 

*Owning the Mid-tier sample log and tracking if we are on time with receiving and commenting on samples. Communicating Priority list of approvals to cross functional partners in Design, Sales, Merchandising, Raw Materials and Tech.

 

*Using internal systems SAP, BW and PLM for various entry and reporting.

 

*Daily communication with Agents on needs of the Bandolino brand.

 

*Partnering with Sales, Merchandising and Design on delivering quality product that meets the financial goals of the Bandolino Brand and the timing to support our customer needs.

 

*Partnering with Raw Materials team and Technical team ensuring all deadlines are adhered too. Work alongside partners for solutions when needed. Work to create options when and where applicable.

 

 

*Responsible to communicate to manager and leadership any concerns you may see that would hinder the delivery of samples or production in the agreed timelines.

 

 

*Responsible for communicating and delivering all necessary documentation, information needed to overseas partners in a timely manner. 

 

*Work with Logistic Partners to ensure on time delivery of all orders to warehouse. Communicating with Sales and customer service teams any changes. 

 

*Partner with Customer service team, coordinating on time receipt of customer purchase orders.  Reviewing for errors, communicating changes when and where applicable.

 

*Coordinate with appropriate teams on any quality issues.  This may include retrieving samples, inspection reports, working with technical to measure, and recapping findings.

 

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree and interest in footwear
* Must have a strong back ground in  excel and intermediate math.
* Ablility to meet deadlines quickly
* Ability to make decisions in a timely matter
