Production Coordinator

Job Description

A working partnership, under the Manager of Production and Sourcing. You are part of a team which will own decisions, collaborate on projects, and work in partnership with cross functional partners to support the growth of Nine West brand.

 

Responsible for:

*Daily communication with Asia team and Agent on needs of the Nine West brand.

 

*Partnering with Sales, Planning and Design on delivering quality product that meets the financial goals of Nine West Brand and the timing to support our customer needs.

 

*Partnering with Raw Material teams and Technical teams ensuring all deadlines are adhered too. Work alongside partners for solutions when needed. Work to create options when and where applicable.

 

*Communicating Priority list of approvals to cross functional partners in Design, Sales, Planning, Fabric and Tech.

 

*Responsible to communicate to manager and leadership and concerns you may see that would hinder the delivery of samples or production in the agreed timelines.

 

*Ability to make decisions in a timely manner

 

*Responsible for communicating and delivering all necessary documentation, information needed to overseas partners in a timely manner. 

 

*Purchase order entry to maintenance

 

* Work with Design, Pre production, Fabric team and Technical teams to ensure all deadlines are met. If anything needs to be addressed, working quickly to readdress needs to meet deadlines.

 

*Work with Logistic Partners to ensure on time delivery of all orders to warehouse. Communicating with Sales, Planning and MM teams any changes. 

 

*Partner with Customer service team, coordinating on time receipt of customer purchase orders.  Reviewing for errors, communicating changes when and where applicable.

 

*Coordinate with appropriate teams on any quality issues.  This may include retrieving samples, inspection reports, working with technical to measure, and recapping findings.

 

* Act as positive, supportive partners, consistently demonstrating our shared values and standards.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience preffered
  • Ability to work with different levels of management and departments
