PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - Juniors Apparel

• Manages on-order from order placement through delivery via Master PSR (Production Status Report)

• Responsible for all communication and follow-up with
vendors/agents for on time delivery

• Daily interaction and communication with cross functional partners on status, changes, and issues.

• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal
Communication

• Actively participate in weekly production meetings with
cross-functional team members and departments
• Manage the Fit Approval Process between factories and tech Design on buyers end.

• Follow-up with vendors, factories and cross-functional departments as needed

• Computer proficient – AMP, Microsoft Office (Works, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook

• Purchase order data entry, filing and maintaining of all records

• Perform all activities involved in the production life cycle

• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands

• A sense of urgency and priority for deadlines

• Quick learner

• 2-4 years of experience
