PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - Victoria's Secret Brand

Responsible for the entry of and regular reporting on all merchandise PO’s in support of the Victoria's Secret brand, which includes PO entry, cross-functional and regional communication, and regular review of status reports to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Entering and maintaining article tool and style def information in a timely manner to allow for successful PO execution 
• Maintain and make revisions to Purchase Orders 
• VSD PO execution, maintenance, tracking and trouble-shooting 
• Maintain production data in VSD mainframe; communicate with DC partners as appropriate 
• Updating sales orders in SAP in partnership with Production Planner 
• Complete VPO depending on region and/or category 
• Weekly status reporting i.e. PO discrepancy reports, open order reports, etc. 
• Maintain floor set tracking and reporting, including call-outs of critical deadlines and issues to Production Planner partner(s) 
• Assist in monitoring PSR for accurate information, consistent with on order 
• Communicate regularly with DC, Planning and vendor partners in partnership with Planner/Sr. Planner and escalate critical issues to cross-functional partners
