PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - Footwear & Accessories

Overview: The position is responsible for assisting the production manager and sales team to ensure the smooth flow of goods from order placement through on-time warehouse delivery

Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Enter all Work In Process; update all changes
* Communication with factories, warehouse, freight forwarders, sales representatives and various internal departments
* Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues
* Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery

Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent experience
* 2-4 years experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel 
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of EDI/AS400 applications preferred
