PRODUCTION - ACCESSORIES

The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the production process of various accessory categories.
The goal of the Production Coordinator is to ensure that we are executing daily against the required processing timelines and that production orders are being managed to ensure our high quality level of product and timely delivery are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production working with accessories… (headwear, bags, luggage etc..)
  • Must be an organized self-starter. 
  • Must be detail-oriented. 
  • Strong work ethic. 
  • Must be proficient in MS Office. 
  • Must be an effective communicator. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Reports to the Production Manager and assists with various projects
  • Daily communications direct with factories.
  • PLM system management – enter styles/purchase orders etc...
  • Ensure factories are updated on all comments made on PP and TOP samples.
  • Ensure all PO’s are confirmed by factories and signed by manager
  • Product cost and delivery negotiations
  • Review PP’s/TOP’ with design and Production Manager
  • Managing the entire flow of production from pp samples through final shipping.
  • Works closely with design on quality expectations
  • Review factory WIP report daily to ensure that all product is proceeding in our required timeline 
  • Ensure prompt resolution of all production related issues. 
  • Communicate cross functional with all departments regarding any issues and/or opportunities (design/licensing/sales etc...)
  • Daily correspondence with our SH office/QC team on inspection of product
