PRODUCT ENABLEMENT MANAGER - Contemporary Apparel E-commerce Company

Seeking a Product Enablement Manager for a contemporary apparel e-commerce company in LA!

This role requires an understanding of eCommerce, great communication and follows up skills, Microsoft excel wizardry and the ability to learn SaaS products in a timely manner. This role will report directly to our Product Enablement Manager whom you will work with on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Be the manager of a team that truly builds value on our platform for our clients
  • Manage Enablement team's client setup projects and on boarding experience during the launching of their customized portal
  • Lead the Enablement teams support inquiries by assigning and prioritizing client requests
  • Responsible for creation, development and documentation of Enablement process, procedure, reporting and workflows
  • Responsible for providing weekly reporting to direct manager for all clients in setup and Enablement team performance
  • Holding daily and weekly meetings with Enablement team and Account Managers
  • Point of escalation all things data and imagery related
  • Work closely and cross train with account managers, sales and support team to assist with new and existing clients
  • Host monthly webinars for our clients in conjunction with Account Management
  • Participate in Customer Success product request reviews with dev team
  • Become a true product expert through assisting with version release testing, support articles, and internal training

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate to a team
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and maintain timely deadlines
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Advance Excel proficiency - (formulas, v-lookup, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Great analytical skills
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to multi task and adapt to quick turnaround times

Preferable Prior Experience

  • Working with clients during on boarding process
  • Communication and cross departmental collaboration with product development or support teams
  • Communicating account escalation
  • Development and implementation of operational processes
  • Managed multiple detail oriented projects at one time
  • Manipulation of data in excel for export or import purposes
