PRIVATE LABEL SALES

SALARY: $75,000 AND UP

DESCRIPTION:

Working under the umbrella of one of the largest suppliers of cashmere in the global market, we are a multi-brand cashmere company looking for an experienced sales person to represent our private label and branded men’s and women’s fine cashmere & cashmere blend knitwear collection.  The New York office is a small team with full opportunity to complete product cycle with major retailers and brand channels.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Service existing major department stores private label programs.
• Develop new prospects in the branding market.
• Build and manage reports throughout the season.
• Communicate with the factory and in house design team.
• The ideal candidate must be driven, reliable, and have an entrepreneurial spirit with interest to build a long-term relationship with clients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Must is able to multi task, prioritize, and function independently.
• Operate with sense of urgency and take initiative.
• 4-5 years in the knitwear industry.
