PRINT DESIGNER

• Responsible for prints for womans, infant, little girls, big girls, boys

• Work on new print designs for each season.

• Work directly with Print Manager to mentor & lead the Print & design needs.

• Work with Design teams on artwork, approval and quality research and to rig prints and patterns for each season

• Maintenance of product changes throughout the season,f ollow up on product changes as needed.

• Research the market for ideas, qualities and pricing alternatives

• Work with teams to choose correct qualities,colors and design technique for prints.

• Recolor prints as needed for each season

• Prepare artwork for the mills

• Work with designers for approvals,strikeoffs for samples and stock production.

• Daily communication with the mills regarding all print pattern issues

• Work closely with print service studios on layouts, repeats and colorways

• Keeping with the calendar
