Portfolio Analyst- PVH Corp.
The Portfolio Analyst will provide process, system and data analysis for all elements of the Portfolio Management function.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Analyzes reporting and data to build compliance status. Works with PM’s to confirm status and identify action plan. Maintains compliance tracking documentation and escalates open issues and risks to Portfolio team.
- Analyzes project schedule and resource data for the Month End financial reporting process. Identifies open questions and issues in MS Project Server and works to resolves them with the Project Managers.
- Assists with data maintenance in project server environment.
- Creates and maintaining reporting procedures and documentations.
- Assists with annual and mid-year IT project planning meetings; driving standardized material creation, supporting formatting and content related questions and documenting meeting minutes.
- Supports Internal/ External Audit and IT Finance related inquiries and analysis.
- Coordinates maintenance related to project server infrastructure
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Financial Analysis with Project Management or PMO area experience a big plus.
- Background in working with financial and project management processes, techniques and tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree.
Skills:
- Strong MS Office experience.
- MS Project Professional and SharePoint experience a plus.
- Self-motivator with strong work ethic.
- Maintains a customer service focus.
- Strong analytical skills.
