MAIN JOB OBJECTIVES

The ECI Concessions Planning and Allocation intern will support the Allocator in his/her everyday tasks, especially during Christmas.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Support stores

Organize Transfers between stores to satisfy customers request
Solve questions related to: deliveries and product needs
Organize transfers between stores to guarantee each store has the correct assortment at all times

Reporting: create the following reports

Support in the Allocation process

Support in the weekly replenishment
Guarantee the correct replenishment for each store according to its plan , its capacity and its sales trend
Create and upload POs
Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure the allocations are correct
Coordinate with Logistics to ensure the deliveries are on time
Report to logistics or to Customer Service any incidence

Support in the stock control (units available vs. units needed)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Previous experience within a Planning, Allocation or Merchandising position (preferably within wholesale)
Computer Literate – Advanced Excel Skills
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
Handbag/Accessories or Ready-to-wear background preferred
Experience in large high street retailers also preferred
Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving skills and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are a must, candidates must be dynamic & resilient and happy to do business at fast pace
