Assignment Length:  2 Months (through 1/3/18)

Location:  New York, NY

Pay Rate:  $21/hour

Summary:

Must be eager, hard working, responsible, and interested in photo retouching and post production within an e-commerce environment. This position centers around FILE PREPARATION, COLOR CORRECTION and PRODUCT RETOUCHING.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage imagery names and organization

• Retouch and ensure color on product images are as accurate as possible

• Communicate with other departments to proactively address discrepancies and solve issues

• Maintain and update photography archive

• Effectively communicate with images specialists, senior digital technician, studio photography and styling, copywriter and ecommerce merchants

Requirements:

• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge CC

• Have working knowledge of paths, alpha channels, and actions

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet quick turnaround times

• Mac proficient

• Well organized, self-disciplined, and professional

• Must be ambitious, resourceful, flexible, and a quick learner

• Working knowledge of photography a plus

• Must be able to work autonomously and in a team

• Comfortable with a fast paced environment
