PART-TIME VISUAL ASSOCIATE, LINCOLN PARK- CLUB MONACO

Job Description
• Assist Store Experience Manager or Store Experience
Supervisor to create a sensory pleasing experience through
enhancement of presentation, product, and people which
results in positive results and financial growth of the
company
• To assist in the execution of the brand integrity of the
company
• Participate in monthly store flips to ensure outcome is
picture perfect
• Assist in the execution of window changes and the
dressing/styling of all interior mannequins
• Re-merchandising as directed by store management
• Participate in walk throughs with store management/ Store
Experience Manager to ensure seamless execution of all
visual standards
• Communicate store deficiencies i.e. lighting fixtures,
visual standards
Job requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of retail visual experience; creative
skills/background a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
• Excellent time management/project skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of
priority for deadlines and attention to detail
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
• Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning
results
• Hours/days of work vary due to the demands of the business
• Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to
lift approximately 20lbs
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting
receiving/stocking functions
