PART TIME CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

***This positon is located in Marlboro, MA***

                                                                       Schedule: Three days a week.  Saturdays required, 9 AM-5 PM.  Choose 2 additional days, 9 AM-5 PM.

 

Job Description:

 

•Responds to calls from Store Managers regarding lighting, temperature and environmental issues

 

•Determines the appropriate response and makes necessary adjustments and/or dispatches service technicians

 

•Follows up with Store Management to ensure satisfaction

 

•Documents all maintains details into the Vendor Management System (VMS)

 

•Reviews and processes all invoices

 

•Administers the Energy Management maintenance program

 

•Special Projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

 

•Excellent Customer Service skills.

 

•1+ years call center experience required!

 

•Strong attention to detail, solid problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

 

•Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

 

•Basic technical knowledge of EMS/HVAC and Lighting Technologies is a Plus

 

•Previous retail experience is a plus

 

•Great Opportunity for Electrical or Mechanical Engineering students, or similar major
