PACKAGING DESIGNER / SPECIALIST - Framingham, MA

Adecco is working with a fashion retailer in their search for a Packaging Designer/Specialist.  This is a great opportunity in Framingham, MA to work for 6 months and work hands on with projects!

This individual will be building out artwork for brand books, packaging and labeling, production work, spec’cing, and proofing files from 3rd party vendors.  This individual must have strong skills in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. The desired skills are organization and project management, great communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to take instruction well. Looking for experience in graphic design or prepress work preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong organization, communication and team presentation skills

• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects and work well with team under pressure

• Works as a team player, flexible to team project needs

• Attention to detail, ability to proof printed work and communicate changes

• Ability to execute artwork projects provided by manager

• Ability to communicate and interpret conceptual design ideas

• Strong knowledge of retail and apparel fashion market, as well as current color, style and fashion trends

• Packaging or related graphic design experience, a plus if in the apparel industry.

• Experience working prepress preferred
