Job Description

One Jeanswear Group designs, markets, produces, and distributes a distinguished portfolio of branded and private label Jeanswear brands throughout North America. We work with retailers in every tier of distribution, seamlessly adapting to the dynamic retail landscape to reach our widespread consumer base. Our focus is on achieving long-term growth by delivering the most innovative product and brand strategies in the market.

One Jeanswear Group, Inc. is looking for an Omnichannel Account Services Coordinator. The role will work specifically with our Walmart accounts/brands as well as provide back up for Amazon order processing.

Responsible for entry and maintenance of ALL data in Walmart systems, and internal processes to support Wal-Mart business, including but not limited to: 

  • Supplier Quote processing for Missy, Plus, Girls and Juniors/Seasonal
  • Data sync- SAP Template Entries and Salsify Uploading of Global Trade Item Number (GTINS) for Child items and Pre-packs (PPKs).  Retrieve forms in Retail Link to process items in the Wal-Mart end for all retail store orders.
  • Running item reports to confirm items have been assigned after a quote has been approved, as well as new items created after data syncing.
  • Updating Factory IDs as needed in Retail Link.
  • ECOM orders - Set up all brand order information directly into the account website portal from description to features and images.
  • Maintenance site by updating out of stock colors and removal of discontinued styles.
  • Participate in all account web trainings for system changes.
  • Perform similar processing function for Ecom order as back up for Amazon.com when needed.

  • 1 – 2 years of related experience
  • Must have experience with Retail Link (Walmart) & Data Sync
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable in navigating the internet & store websites
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
