OFFICE / SHOWROOM COORDINATOR - NYC - $32-40K

Our client is a glamorous international fashion company; they are one of the biggest producers for retail stores around the world for women’s clothing. They are located in the center of the garment district and is in need of an Office / Showroom Coordinator to assist the team. This is a room for growth role.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $32-40k

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an Office / Showroom Coordinator to be the face of their company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the fashion industry. The Office / Showroom Coordinator role is a total room for growth role and will have great exposure to all different departments of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• The Office / Showroom Coordinator will greet guests, clients, models in the reception area. Providing stellar customer service and maintain the lobby area
• Acts as the gatekeeper; the Office/Showroom Coordinator works closely with all departments (buyers, merchandisers, designers, HR, production and more)
• Answers and directs all phone calls
• Organizes and receives all packages & mail; logs packages into the system
• The Office / Showroom Coordinator could hop in on fit-sessions and act as the fit-model for last minute adjustments to garments

Requirements:

• The Office / Showroom Coordinator must be smart, bubbly, hard-working/ “all hands on deck” type
• The Office / Showroom Coordinator must be passionate for the industry and want to grow within the company
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (fashion experience is a huge plus! Internship experience okay) 
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Needs to be a true team player
