- 3-5 years of business experience; eCommerce experience preferred 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

- Proven analytical experience required 

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 

- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment 

- Systems savvy; eComm content management system experience a plus 

- Exceptional organizational skills; detail oriented 

- Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) 

- Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization 

- Flexible to work during off-business hours to support
