• 1-2 years online merchandising experience
• Overall general  knowledge of fashion regarding fabrications and trends
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
• Great problem solving and independent decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business reports
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills as well as general knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
• Highly organized
• Familiarity with current and seasonal trends and the activity on other online sites including Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.
