Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage day to day media plan changes/maintenance based on internal marketing direction and the use of media research and experience as well as be a main point of contact for all US Media Partners.
- Oversee and execute media planning, revisions, and general plan maintenance for franchise partners in Canada, Mexico and Latin America.
- Negotiate aggressively and deliver the best efficiencies and value for all media placements.
- Create Advertising Creative Briefs for all advertising insertions for The Americas including print, outdoor and digital.
- Create and send insertion orders to all publications within booking deadlines and ensuring accuracy of costs and positions.
- Liaise with creative and production team to track and ensure that advertising asset deliverables align with media plan and timelines are met.
- Plan and execute annual retail advertising initiatives including lease required advertising and in mall advertising for lifestyle and outlet stores.
- Possess the ability to clearly present media plans to supervisor in written presentations, excel charts and power point decks and the same would apply to post-campaign analysis/reporting.
- Foster a good working relationship across departments within the organization and external points of contact to facilitate flawless execution of plans.
- Day to Day Digital and OOH Agency Contact.
- Digital Media Plan development based on Manager strategy through entire process of planning media placements through to execution and tracking metrics and compiling of performance reports.
- Monitor and report on media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities in emerging media and related technologies.
- RFP Management for all US titles on an annual basis and as needed.
- Manage Invoice and billing process for the US, Canada, and Latin America to ensure accuracy within overall global media budget.
- Work with analytics team on advertising analysis including digital ROI and OOH effectiveness.

Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in media planning, Fashion and/or Retail experience recommended
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience planning across multiple types of media (ie: Outdoor, Print, Digital)
- Understanding of media basics and concepts
- Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
