MARKETING MANAGER - Nationwide Exercise Studio - San Francisco (Job 8892)

Our client, a nationwide exercise studio, is seeking a Marketing Manager for its location in San Francisco. This person will communicate the brand to employees around the San Francisco area and ensure its best representation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multiple studios to deliver on business goals, as well as train and lead location managers to achieve the same goals
• Conduct routine studio visits around the region to ensure high levels of performance
• Conduct studio manager performance reviews and communicate leadership and directives directly to studio managers
• Perform financial analysis and reporting for studio budgets, operating costs, and P&L management
• Staff and develop the required studios; analyze schedules to maximize performance
• Analyze all studio and instructor schedules in the region to maximize performance
• Partner with the Marketing department to execute marketing initiatives and event planning within the region
• Occasionally troubleshoot company's proprietary technology

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is required
• Previous experience in a General Manager or Regional Manager role
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality or service based industry
• Extensive knowledge of P&L statements
• Ability to effectively train mangers on responsible expense behavior
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs
• Ability to travel several times per month
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
