The Intern experience at Lands’ End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Marketing career path. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of the Marketing and eCommerce teams, and introduced tothe factors that contribute to the broader scope of Marketing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.
As part of the experience you will focus on key projects for the department andgain a broader knowledge of Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Strategic Development, and Execution as it relates to the Digital Marketing team. You will be exposed to and involved in key projects that will support future business decisions. As the Marketing intern you will drive these projects forward, leading cross-functional teams to overcome the business challenges they face. You will quickly come to appreciate the complexities of growing a global, multi-channel retailer.
