Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- RM Workflow Chart – update and circulate every two week
- Ensure timely submission of weekly terminal updates
- Create store brief documents with direction from RMA
- Creative briefs - create, log and follow up with global creative team in NY
- Payment process - set up new suppliers, send invoices to EUAP, chase supplier payment
- Update and send out weekly RM movements
- Collate monthly RM recap
- Prepare weekly trade update for Senior Manager
- Organise weekly team meetings - book room, circulate agenda and take notes
- Organise digital RM files
- Update cross functional & seasonal planning documents
- Share forthcoming editorial document with retail ops
- Obtain seasonal buy information from the sales team to cross reference product buys for marketing plans
- Update GWP tracker seasonally
- Analyse the weekly sales reports sent from the business analysts and share findings with the RM team
- Post campaign analysis - collate results and coordinate project recaps
