Job description
This position is responsible for managing and executing all programs that focus on building brand awareness and driving traffic to retail stores and e-commerce.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Retail Marketing
- Manage Marketing Coordinator and interns
- Launch innovative campaigns and marketing programs to drive traffic to retail stores and Ecom
- Manage seasonal by-door marketing & event plans for 150+ points of sale (includes full price stores, concession, and outlet doors) and oversee the marketing calendar
- Ideate and execute 360 retail marketing plans to promote capsule collections and product launches
- Partner closely with Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdales and Hudson’s Bay to seize all opportunities for brand exposure including pop-ups, event participation, digital coverage and promotions
- Collaborate across NY and Paris HQ (including Creative, Ecom, Visual, Merchandising) to develop and deliver collateral in support of key initiatives and communicate pertinent details of marketing programs to key stakeholders
- Track seasonal and initiative-specific performance to prove year over year growth, collaborating with cross-functional partners to collect and shape insights to provide comprehensive marketing recaps and growth opportunities
- Manage existing retail marketing programs (Retail Events Toobox, Clienteling Toolkit, Tailoring Program, etc)
- Manage marketing & events budget
- Develop promotional messaging & communicate to key stakeholders
Digital Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns, working closely with media partners and influencers to maximum impressions and achieve KPIs
- Copy editing for brand emails and materials
- Partner with Ecom to plan strategic email cadences to promote new campaigns, product launches and local initiatives
Partnerships
- Evaluate and monitor brand partners (i.e. media partners, department stores, mall marketing teams) to ensure brand standards are met and upheld
- Cultivate elevated collaborations and partnerships with like-minded brands (such as exclusive products, cross-promotions, sweepstakes, in-store activations)
Advertising
- Support Lease Required Advertising
- Support Advertising programs via added value programming and event execution
Profile
Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics.
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree and three - five years retail marketing & event management experience
· Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Special Skills:
· Foreign Languages, a plus

· Highly motivated proactive individual
· Must be hands on and enjoy working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) with experience working with retail partners
