MARKETING COORDINATOR - Print Operations

Reporting Relationships: Manager Marketing Operations

Major Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the marketing coordinator will be to support sales operations and communications within the Marketing department, including analyzing key business metrics, updating daily reporting, and supporting with operations team project management. The Marketing Coordinator must be a self-starter, work independently to meet deadlines, and take ownership of projects with a willingness to learn all platforms and programs.

In this role, the Marketing Coordinator must develop and foster relationships within the Marketing department, maintain a high level of professionalism, personal standards, and appearance. The highest level of confidentiality is required in the role. 

Role responsibilities include:

1. Assist with scheduling/trafficking media materials

2. Invoice reconciliation for department

3. Ad tracking of competition

4. Manage meetings and conference room scheduling for team

5. File and maintain all paperwork confidentially

6. Manage creative brief process – schedule, recap, update

7. Assist with presentations and preparations for meetings

8. Assist creative services in recap and meeting preparation

9. Assist production in trafficking signoffs/approval

10. Troubleshoot issues as necessary

11. Track vacation and sick days for the department

12. Extensive booking of travel arrangements including – flights, hotels, cars, reservations, etc.

13. Expense reporting and reimbursement

 

Qualifications

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, process, and procedures

• Excellent interpersonal skills with capability and desire to work within a collaborative team

• Must be resourceful and hold strong problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills

 

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing, Retail, or Business Management)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Agency and/or Retail Industry
