Marketing Coordinator (Creative Services)

POSITION SUMMARY:   The Marketing Coordinator manages the day-to-day development and delivery of Wacoal’s in-house ad agency projects. You will be an integral team member, helping to keep the creative and marketing teams on task and on brand. You must be a self-starter with strong strategic organizational skills. You will track and deliver asset requests for web, mobile, print, social, and video and assist in coordination of all aspects of photo shoots and video production

This individual will report to the Director of Creative Services and support other employees on the creative team by maintaining and trafficking marketing requests and work flow with our project management software.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:   
Field all requests and assign projects to appropriate members of the Creative team

Hold weekly kick-off meetings to gather important project information, raise relevant questions/concerns and communicate requirements

Track image production and maintain image library.  Assist in photography preparation, photo shoot details and post production including model fees and usage.

Assist in costing and ordering of all print jobs

Coordinate trade show displays and market week needs

Maintain department calendars and budget tracking 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, design or a related field 

2+ years of post-college experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in creative marketing services 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

Self starter able to manage multiple projects at one time while under tight timelines in a fast-paced, creative environment

Excellent written and verbal communication 

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
