Job Description

The Talent Acquisition  Manager leads global organizational learning strategies; drives organization cultural behaviors and cultural evolution towards commercial excellence; drives the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding processes; provides leadership and counsel to management for the development of training, talent and change management programs that support the corporation's business goals; participates in other global programs, such as talent development, diversity & inclusion, talent & culture, entrepreneurship and performance management. The role requires significant cross functional collaboration with the regional HR leadership, line management, and external vendors.

The Manager will regularly interface with internal clients at all levels to support the building of a high performing organization; and ensure alignment and integration of projects and programs with business needs and corporate goals.

  • Maintain and enhance or develop programs to attract, on-board, develop and retain key talent to support the business moving towards envisioned future
  • Work with functional leaders to identify, prioritize and define the solutions to critical business performance challenges. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Work with business leadership and HR leadership to build and sustain a culture of entrepreneurship focused on excellence, growth and continuous improvement. Leverage and promote the Randa performance principles as key behavioral expectations of Randa culture
  • Promote Randa Brand and process adherence
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across the organization



  • Minimum BS in Human Resources, Education, Organization Development, or related field
  • Five to seven years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations
  • Effective leader & strategic business partner
  • Ability to tailor communication to various audiences
  • Proven track record on recruiting, on-boarding, developing and retaining top talent
  • Experience with ATS required (ADP Recruiting Management preferred)
  • Ability to execute on change management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of effective leadership, management and performance theory and application
  • Effective presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated project management, change management and process improvement skills
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to solve business problems
  • Business acumen and knowledge of systems
  • Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with all levels of a global organization
  • Skilled in MS Office Applications
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning and development best practices
