Reporting Relationship: Sr. Manager Supply Chain Solutions/ Industrial Engineer Major Responsibilities: This role is accountable for the management and delivery of international, multi-banner supply chain & logistics optimization projects at HBC with a strong focus on inventory optimization. The Manager will partner with Distribution, Transportation, Procurement, Digital Store Operations and IT teams to optimize HBC’s supply chain, identify areas of opportunity, to determine best practice methodologies and establish new processes. Role responsibilities include:
Personal Characteristics: The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of solutions engineering, process advisory, and supply chain/logistics and or process management experience. This person can demonstrate project leadership which includes driving projects and accepting accountability for project objectives, progress, and quality. He/She has the experience to perform complex analysis and identify solutions to resolve specific business needs. This individual can execute project details in a distribution environment.
