Manager, Sales

 SALARY: $50,000

1. 2-4 Years prior clothing/accessory sales experience in Contemporary/High Contemporary

2. Existing relationships with Specialty Stores – West Coast/ Dallas and/or North East

3. Comfortable with planning/booking/executing road travel for Sales Appts

4. Experience with selling collections & feminine brands

5. Team player – open to helping in any capacity

6. Pro-active, problem solver mentality

7. Good time management skills

8. Attention to detail

9. Comfortable on Excel and Quickbooks  a must 10.AIMS 360 experience a plus

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain and grow current Glamourpuss Boutique business in all states

2. Maintain Monthly Updates to Account Activity Reports

3. Maintain Accurate Bookings Reporting - Tracking % to Seasonal Goals

a. Excel Spreadsheet Records of Dollars Booked

b. Order Log Maintenance

4. Participate in Major trade Shows per season

a. Coterie NY (Sept/Feb)

b. LA Market (March/October)

c. Swim Show (July)

d.  Sales Support & Team Help in any necessary booth build out

5. Regional Travel

a. Determine best regions for key sales trips per season

b. Plan details & book appointments for each trip

6. Consistent Follow up with all accounts to maximize sales

7. Seasonal projections by style & fabrication for territory

8. Customer Service support (RAs, Order Maintenance, Credit Info, etc)

9. Assist Director of Sales in support of Major Retailers

a. Order Maintenance

b. Special projects/prep for key meetings or trade shows

c. Instore visits for market research & retail selling support
