Manager Integrated Marketing
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Integrated Marketing will be responsible for the coordination and on time delivery of integrated marketing projects, as it relates ensuring each project’s commercial success. This person will support the Senior Director Marketing & Integrated Campaigns on project managing multi-touchpoint projects and integrated campaigns which are local to North America but global in nature.
This person is also responsible for the development and maintenance of a consolidated marketing & communications calendar as well as channel-specific marketing calendars for all North American campaigns and promotions.
The Manager of Integrated Marketing will also assist the Director Marketing & Integrated Campaigns in supporting facilitation of Marketing needs from the Licensing & Ecom channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain consolidated marketing & communications calendars as well as channel-specific marketing calendars for all North American campaigns and promotions
- Document project objectives and measurable KPI’s and communicate clearly to the necessary stakeholders and team members in order to maintain awareness and focus on delivering against those objectives
- Overall management of key cross functional projects and ownership for establishing appropriate review cadence for project status and prioritization
- Provide project status and progression updates to Marketing leadership
- Coordinate and construct project recaps and deliver thorough performance analyses, with input from the appropriate parties, in order to support continuous optimization of programs over time
- Perform administrative support duties and develop materials to maintain visibility around project road maps
- Coordinate action against all needs and track the status and disposition of all requests related Licensing & Ecom marketing activities
- Perform other related duties and manage special projects as requested.
- Ability to develop objectives and strategies for global projects also executed in North America
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in project planning of integrated marketing projects and consumer-facing campaigns
- Extremely organized with solid attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
- Self-motivated, thrives in dynamic atmosphere
- Team player – Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders from each build relationships with key stakeholders from each business unit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines
- Ability to communicate and interact with internal and external team members at all levels
- Experience managing day-to-day operations for marketing campaigns and deliverables
- Impeccable follow up and ability to clearly document key objectives, takeaways and next steps
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and objectives
- Professional experience with an advertising agency is a plus
- Experience working with project management tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Keynote
