Manager, Change Communications - SAP - PVH Corp.

 

The Senior Manager - Change Communication & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) is responsible for developing and successfully implementing change management internal communications and supporting the organizational effectiveness practice at PVH.

 

Reporting into the VP of Change Management & OE, the position will interface with different levels of the organization to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, roles/responsibilities and identify communication opportunities to support employees through transitions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/: 

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to improve employee engagement and increase awareness and adoption of initiatives, specifically for our SAP implementation
  • Manage communications during all stages of the initiative deployment process to provide consistent and effective communication to various stakeholder groups
  • Help develop strategic internal messaging for issues important to senior leadership and project sponsors
  • Work with the VP and Director of Change Management & OE to manage large-scale initiative communications and change management
  • Engage and support Learning & Development strategies and deliver content, as necessary
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders within all organizational levels, building trust and gaining credibility to achieve goals
  • Serve as an integral part of the Change Management & OE team that manages detailed communications plans to meet the objectives, schedules and budgets for initiative implementations, organizational strategies and messages, and ongoing
  • Provide leadership and support to the business and team to ensure understanding of the interdependencies in the delivery of communications and collaboration with other cross-functional teams
  • Problem solve, adjust priorities, tasks and resources to ensure plans stays on track
  • Identify, escalate and resolve issues critical to project success
  • Work autonomously but with close alignment with Project Team
  • Supporting our organizational effectiveness practice and projects, as necessary (areas of organizational design, process improvement and facilitation

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years’ experience in  change management, communications or in organizational effectiveness
  • Knowledge of change management principles and tools to support the people side of organizational change
  • Experience supporting different types of projects from system implementations, operating models to reorganizations
  • Strong communications and writing competency a must (writing sample will be requested)
  • Proven experience creating and implementation communications across all levels of an organization          

 

EDUCATION:   Bachelor’s Degree, minimum, required

  • Ability to clearly articulate process (visually and verbally) for variety of audiences
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Strong ability to influence and lead without authority
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in constantly changing situations
  • Ability to filter opinions; does not reflexively react to all direction
  • Understands and manages challenges that arise, including escalating issues appropriately
  • Can create concise and appropriate communications for various levels of the organization
