MADE TO MEASURE SHIRT SPECIALIST

High end fashion company is looking for a Made to Measure Shirt Specialist in NYC.  This position has the opportunity to go full-time.  

Overview:

The MTM Shirt Specialist is charged with driving and overseeing the Made-to-Measure shirt business within the NY Flagship Store.  The specialist will focus on enhancing customer relations as well as maintaining and growing the business by understanding product and customer’s needs; establishing relationships and obtaining and securing future customers and orders.

Essential Duties: 

The Made-to-Measure shirt specialist will be responsible for the success of all of the following functions listed below; in accordance with Company policy, procedure, programs and budgets:

• Manages customer relationships and business development with all current and potential customers
• Manages vendor relationships and production deadlines in an efficient and professional manner
• Manages product workflow and order entry
• Partners with other inter-store departments for cross-selling opportunities
• Manages the fitting process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manages client data through capture and record keeping systems
• Partners with Marketing and Social to effectively communicate departmental message
• Possesses ability to assist customer in areas outside of Made-to-Measure shirting
• Represents the Company in all interactions in an ethical and professional manner

Requirements:

Knowledge:  College level knowledge of sales, merchandising and business administration typically acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Experience:  At least 2 or more years performing direct sales in the apparel industry is a prerequisite

Working Conditions:  Limited and Occasional Travel may be required
