Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying, qualifying and placing talent for all Retail and Corporate departments based on skill set, experience and budgets.
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios and skill assessment
- Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool within the Retail and Fashion industries.
- Build a network of top talent for future opportunities.
- Recruit professionals for positions within the fashion industry by direct sourcing calls, networking and Internet research.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years fashion, beauty or retail industry experience
- Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to achieve established goals
- Team players with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
