Loyalty Associate Manager - Gilt

Job Description The Associate Manager for Loyalty will be responsible for supporting Gilt’s loyalty centered programs – Insider, Referral and Gilt Unlimited - with the goal to retain and grow our customer base. Responsibilities include assisting in budgeting spend, forecasting as well as executing campaigns and reporting performance to the organization. This role will also support organizing and hosting events and creating special experiences for our Loyalty members. This requires a cross-functional player who will partner closely with Analytics, Finance, Customer Service, Technology, Merchandising, Design, PR and Marketing channel owners. 
Responsibilities for the role include the following:•Develop, forecast and execute all loyalty, referral and Gilt Unlimited campaigns; includes managing offer development and cadence, audience segmentationo Partner with analytics team to evaluate effectiveness; propose new tests and refine audience segments using test and control based approach•Prepare and present budget including revenue forecasts, expense and internal communication plans for management approvalo Inform and educate the company regarding strategy and marketing calendar•Develop campaigns and iterate on programs to align with company-wide objectives•Champion the member experience in the execution of loyalty initiatives and act as the marketing liaison with Customer Serviceo Act as a stakeholder in any revisions in Customer Service policy•Develop and oversee event calendar; work with Exec, Integrated Marketing, Merchandising and PR teams to optimize reach and effectiveness of all events
Qualifications •3+ years relevant experience in marketing communications or management•Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related field required
We seek a candidate with solid quantitative/analytical skills with experience managing complex campaigns. S/he should be familiar with direct marketing overall with experience in an ecommerce environment.Specific skills that are needed for success in this role are:•Demonstrate strong analytical and methodical problem-solving skills with proven ability to scrutinize large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiatives (including both quantitative and qualitative data)•Strong interpersonal skills – able to and enjoys working across multiple business units and functional areas to achieve goals•Extremely self-motivated, proactive, and results driven for both key metrics as well as continuous improvement•Have a high degree of care for the member experience and a passion for creating special experiences•Strong creative skills with ability to brief and help Design team bring a vision to fruition •Demonstrate exceptional ability to multitask, execute swiftly and accurately•Exhibits excellent judgment and decision making ability
