Logistics Coordinator - Swim and RTW Garments

Job Description:

• Oversee Inbound Coordinator and Outbound Coordinator.
• Must be familiar with ERP Systems
• Work with Production on all PO creation.  This includes:
  • Knowing all due dates for PO’s
  • Working with Sales team to write order and provide size ratios.
  • Writing PO’s for all brands and seasons
• Work with factory on prepacking instructions/shipments.  This includes:Coordinate shipments from factory with freight forwarder.
  • Ordering any special retailer tickets, and hangers
  • Provide all packing instructions in accordance with retailer guideline 
• Coordinate with OPS director on data flow between our ERP system and warehouse WMS.
• Create Inbound Shipment tracking when packing lists are received.
• Overall management of the 3PL warehouse.
• Work with accounting on credit approvals and/or prepay for Sales Orders
• Coordinate prepayments with Sales Team and Accounting.
• Review open pick tickets daily with DCD team
• Review and approve EDI transmissions against Bulk Sales Orders
• Approve invoices including warehouse and freight
• Help research chargebacks when necessary
• Weekly reporting including Open Orders and PO Log Reports.
