LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job Description:

Perform Allocation/Create pick tickets

• Make sure orders are routed from the warehouse on time
• Invoice pick tickets
• Enter RA/credit memos
• Enter customer orders
• Monitor internal company system to make sure all pick tickets are shipped correctly and within cancel dates
• Coordinate with sales all open order issues
• Assists allocation manager to maintain sales orders
• Communicates all order changes with sales team
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with warehouses, making sure all orders are being handled by third party warehouse properly
