Logistics Administrator
Job Description
Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Building Leader, the Logistics Reporting Administrator will provide operational reporting and administrative support to the distribution center. The incumbent will be responsible for extraction, storage and manipulation of data from multiples sources to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for distribution to management. This role will also be required to provide administrative support to the entire operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute all existing fulfillment reports
- Monitor data and report for trends, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and develop recommendations for action
- Maintain/update WMS system
- Maintain facility accounts payable
- Assist in the planning and coordination of building events
- Maintain the GL and related expenses
- Process invoices and submit monthly accruals to Finance team
- Maintain petty cash in accordance with Company Policies
- Other support/administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Skill and Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma
- Very strong excel skills, with the ability to manage large amounts of data and report back in an accurate and concise format.
- 1-2 years of related or progressive work experience in production analysis, reporting, operations and administration
- Experience in distribution operations would be a strong asset
- High degree of proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines
