The Learning Development Coordinator will focus on creating training in the LMS, helping with reference guides, keeping materials up-to-date and facilitating training when needed for the Business Outfitters team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design quality sales training programs within Learning Management System
  • Report on training program effectiveness
  • Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
  • Review and update training materials for training programs under the direction of the Business Outfitters Sales Enablement Specialist.  Designs and prepares visual job aides.  Collate and assemble materials.
  • Facilitate training programs throughout the year.
  • Provides support and gives direction to trainers throughout a training program.
  • Leads small group training sessions as needed 


Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Experience with learning management software
  • Proven work experience in training sales
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced ever changing environment and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to learn material quickly, turn around and train others ensuring all material is consistent with LE culture and values 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong sense of urgency.
