KEYHOLDER - Woodbury Commons – Central Valley, NY

Our client, a luxury leather accessories brand, is seeking a Keyholder for their pop-up location at the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlet in Central Valley, NY. This role will last for a year beginning April 12th and has the potential to become permanent.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee all cash reconciliation, bank deposits, discrepancies, and communication with management
  • Communicate with store team members ensuring quality customer service, POS knowledge, product knowledge and store procedures
  • Ensure accuracy with  payments by totaling purchases/transactions
  • Maintain store stock levels and take responsibility for inventory control
  • Perform functions of opening or closing store following procedures

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail Keyholder position, luxury environment preferred
  • Understanding of daily operations and what is needed for a complete store experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to communicate with clients and move freely about the store
