JUNIOR SALES PERSON

Maytex is looking for a highly-collaborative and ambitious Junior Sales Person to join our expanding team in NYC. The Junior Sales Person is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers in the Home Textiles Industry. He/she will be focused on ensuring customer success but also looking for opportunities to broaden each accounts business.

The right candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can quickly and efficiently establish, strengthen and grow accounts. We are looking for an individual who will focus on client success, strong sales skills, and a track record to back it up.

Tasks at Hand:

• Build and manage a quality sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and Sales Directors to optimize every aspect of the product offering
• Team up with your fellow Account Managers to identify and implement best practices
• Build and sustain great customer relationships

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous success in account sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tremendous follow up skills
