Junior Project Manager, Print

About the Position:

The Project Manager for Print is responsible for managingall print vehicles created by the Ann Taylor Marketing Creative Team over theentire project life (initiation, execution, release). The ideal candidate has strong projectmanagement skills, has experience working with cross functional partners and ishighly collaborative. Must have anunrelenting positive spirit and "can-do" attitude.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Workscross-functionally to ensure all needed assets, resources, costs and deadlinesare identified and managed day-to-day to successfully meet organizationalexpectations and project goals.

 

• Responsible formanaging project lifecycle, including status reporting, resources required,etc.

 

• Creates and/ormaintains project documentation such as project plans, briefs, status reports,specifications, etc.

 

• Communicates anddrives acceptance of project deadlines, milestones, and dependencies.

 

• Actively tracksproject status, progress, risks and issues.

 

• Ensures thatoverall solutions on a project are completed.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Agency orIn-House experience managing print campaigns, store advertising, and contentmanagement.

 

• 2-3 years of projectmanagement experience managing multi-phased projects.

 

• Highlyproficient in office productivity software including Excel, Word, Acrobat, etc.

 

• Advancedknowledge of print workflows and asset management.

 

• Advancedknowledge of basic administrative software (Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc.)

 

• Ability toprioritize tasks, manage deadline and work well under pressure while jugglingmultiple projects.

 

• Ability to workin a fast, multi-task environment.

 

• Motivation and organizationalskills are a must.
