JR. DIGITAL DESIGNER

A luxury fashion client has a need for a Jr. Digital Designer to join their team on a temporary basis in New York, NY. The primary responsibility of this role will be to help drive e-commerce through engaging advertising and web assets. They are seeking an eager and skilled designer who will contribute creative innovations, ideally with agency experience and expertise in web practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging display advertising, emails, and website assets that achieve global business goals
• Ensure that all work adheres to brand guidelines and transform the brand aesthetic to digital platforms
• Support development of digital style guidelines for regional and brand partners
• Collaborate with creative services, copywriting, digital marketing and the development team to execute digital ideas
• Contribute to our spirit of innovation by bringing creative solutions, new ideas and digital trends to the team

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience (at an agency, in-house, etc.) across display advertising, email, web and mobile
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects/deadlines and adapt as-needed
• Able to receive and manage constructive feedback
• Expertise in HTML5, Flash, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail
• eCommerce experience, a plus
