IT SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

rag & bone is looking for a IT Supply Chain Systems Senior Business Analyst to
serve as a functional expert to the business, define functional
requirements and communicate those requirements to the
implementation team. The IT Supply Chain Systems Senior Business Analyst will
participate in tasks ranging from requirements gathering to
stakeholder management and liaising between business and technical
teams. The role will work directly with key stakeholders and end-
users from across the business (Buyers, Planners, Allocators,
Store Operations, Sales, Logistics, Design, etc.).


The IT Supply Chain Systems Senior Business Analyst reports to the Chief
Information Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Serve has the primary point of contact for ERP & Reporting
systems with our Supply Chain Organization

• Facilitate requirement gathering with internal and external
stakeholders, end-users, project managers, developers and
system architects

• Perform gap analysis on existing system functionality,
business processes and report portfolio and make
recommendations for improvements

• Create requirements and program specification documentation
including high level system diagrams, use cases, data flow
diagrams, process maps, prototypes and other key project
documentation

• Explain ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders through
written and verbal communication

• Analyze and assess current business processes and recommend
business process and procedural improvements

• Act as a liaison between the technical teams, senior
management and the end-user community

• Work cross functionally with technical team and business
partners to drive business process improvement and develop
standard operating procedures

• Develop comprehensive test documentation including business
cases and test scripts

• Participate in the testing effort with the Project Managers
and QA team

• Participates in a variety of project activities as well as
plan and organize own work

• Perform data analysis and end-user support

• Test upgrades/bug fixes as necessary

• Assist the Supply Chain organization in the development and
implementation of process improvements based on the
implementation of the ERP platform

• Assist the Supply Chain organization with the development of
ad hoc projects and data analysis as requested


Qualifications:

• Understands Retail, Wholesale and Financial business practices

• Ability to apply knowledge and analytical skills to resolve
problems of diverse scope

• Anticipates needs and takes initiative to address challenges

• Ability to breakdown high-level information into details

• Hands-on experience with supply chain functions (Raw
materials, product development, warehouse operations and
logistics)

• This position is privy to sensitive and confidential
information. Must be conscious of data security and risk
management

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable
Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Strong attention to detail while balancing the need for
simplicity and hitting project milestones

• Presents information in an understandable and compelling
manner

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and
demonstrated expertise in writing and presentation

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a
dynamic, deadline-oriented environment, and make key
decisions in a timely manner

• Proven history of rapid, independent learning and application
of new technologies

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are critical

• Experience creating process flows, data flows, gap analysis
and implementation plans

• Must be conscious of data security and risk management
(position is privy to sensitive and confidential information)

• 3 - 5 years of Supply Chain experience

• 5+ years overall experience in IT projects and application
software

• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
