Responsibilities
- Manage all product merchandising strategies within Travel Retail business channel to ensure brand growth to meet company’s expansion requirements

Focus on channel specific assortment strategy and additional responsibility for travel retail and wholesale channels

Grow sales and maximize on opportunities in all product categories through strategic planning, analysis and assortments reflective of door profile, distribution channel and customer needs
- Understand areas of opportunities for each product category within and across territories and take action to capitalize on the opportunities
- Link visual strategy with product assortments and initiatives
- Have a perspective on local trends and competitive intelligence to help shape product strategy
- Manage top line financials (with planning)
- Partner with market managers to gather and analyze weekly/monthly product selling
- Create hindsight materials
- Partner with corporate merchandising in line development review and call out voids
- Partner with corporate merchandising in assortment editing for key markets
- Uphold brand filter and product integrity
- Foster a strong sense of leadership and teamwork both internally and externally
- Hire and develop international merchandising associate

Present seasonal strategy rationale to senior management and gain support
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+years of relevant experience
- Excellent organization with the ability to manage time and prioritize workload
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Proficiency in windows-based software such as excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree required
